These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the relationship between Affordant Software OÜ, an Estonian company, registry code 16657481, with its registered office at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Juhkentali tn 8-2, 10132, Estonia, publisher of the My Supplier Profile solution, and any natural or legal person using the services (hereinafter the “Client”).
The Publication Director is Pierre Martin.
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the terms under which My Supplier Profile provides AI-generated fictitious LinkedIn profiles for commercial prospecting purposes.
By using the service, the Client acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
1. PURPOSE
My Supplier Profile provides a SaaS solution enabling the automation of prospecting campaigns via fictitious profiles generated by artificial intelligence.
2. DESCRIPTION OF PROFILES
The profiles are entirely fictitious and are not linked to real individuals. All photographs are generated by artificial intelligence and are royalty-free. My Supplier Profile remains the exclusive owner of these profiles.
3. SERVICE ACCESS
Access is granted via personal credentials. The Client is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.
4. USE OF SERVICE
The Client agrees to use the service in compliance with applicable laws, without engaging in spam, or providing illegal, hateful, or misleading content. Only one automation tool may be used simultaneously per account.
5. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT
Subscriptions are billed monthly, payable in advance, and automatically renewed. Payments are processed via Stripe. No refunds will be issued for any period already started.
6. TERMINATION
Termination can occur at any time prior to the monthly renewal date. Access will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
7. LIABILITY
The service is provided “as is.” The financial liability of My Supplier Profile is strictly limited to the amounts paid by the Client during the three months preceding the claim.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Paris (Paris Courts).
