My Supplier Profile processes account data, technical data (logs, IP addresses), billing information, and data generated through the use of the service.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Data is used for service delivery, subscription management, security, customer support, and compliance with legal obligations.
COOKIES
No analytics or marketing cookies are used. Only cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the service may be stored.
HOSTING
Data is hosted on Google Cloud Firestore, located in Belgium and the Netherlands.
PAYMENTS
Payments are processed by Stripe. My Supplier Profile does not store any banking or credit card data.
DATA RETENTION
Data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days of account termination, unless otherwise required by legal obligations.
YOUR RIGHTS
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, oppose, limit processing, and exercise data portability.
SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France) or the competent data protection authority in your country of residence.
